PowerX: A 12 Month Deep Tech Traineeship for Professional Growth and Career Transformation in Singapore

PowerX - Your Gateway to a Career in Deep Tech

PowerX is an industry-focused trneeship program spanning 12 months that provides career opportunities and development paths within the vibrant field of Deep Tech for working professionals. This unique program combines customized trning with hands-on experience at Singapore's fast-growing Deep Tech companies.

Co-created by PowerX and SGInnovate, this initiative enables participants to refine their skill sets through practical projects led by dedicated mentors. The program fosters connections among graduates from diverse backgrounds, allowing them to share experiences and knowledge within the community.

A potential pathway for full-time employment awts upon completion of trning with our partner companies. The program also offers monthly stips up to $5,000 in support.

Qualification Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma or University degree preferably in STEM fields.

• Basic programming skills are essential; knowledge on network and application architecture is advantageous.

• At least 1 year of professional experience across various sectors.

Program Structure:

The journey begins with a hands-on work experience phase for up to 2 months where you'll identify your personal development needs. This will be followed by a period of continuous assessment, with monthly check-ins from our Programme Manager and partner company representatives over the next few months 3-6. These sessions m at evaluating your progress on the job.

In the tenth month onwards, we review your apprenticeship experience, providing guidance towards potential full-time positions within the partner companies.
