Abstract:

In this study, we explore the impact of social media on mental health by analyzing existing literature. We med to understand the relationship between social media usage and various psychological outcomes such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and sleep quality. Our findings indicate that excessive use of social media is associated with negative effects on mental health, including increased anxiety and reduced sleep quality.

The emergence and proliferation of social media platforms have transformed how individuals communicate and interact online. These digital environments offer numerous benefits but also pose potential risks to users' mental well-being.
